Apple released macOS High Sierra one week ago today so we wanted to let everyone know that MoneyWell is tested and ready to make the jump!
Today we’d like to announce that MoneyWell 3.0 will be available in final form on Monday, October 17th, 2016.
Today Apple released macOS Sierra in non-beta form so we wanted to update everyone on compatibility with MoneyWell. We’ve been testing and poking and prodding the various pre-release builds and everything should continue to work fine on the new OS update. We do have one recommendation we need to make though.
Last Monday saw the release of the first new MoneyWell 3 beta build in some time and we followed it up with another build this past Monday. With these updates we’re getting closer to a final MoneyWell 3 release but there are still a few things left to address.
MoneyWell 2.3.10 went out to Direct customers a short while back. We’ve since been approved for release on the Mac App Store so everyone can be on the same page again. Check out the details in the MoneyWell 2 release notes.
MoneyWell versions 2 and 3 both received updates today to address a security issue with the in-app update system. All update checks now use a secure connection (HTTPS) to prevent a possible Man-in-the-Middle attack.
